01 Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") apply to all users of the 95bd platform, including all betting, casino, slot, live dealer, crash game, and virtual sports products made available through the site.

5.1 General Bonus Terms

5.2 Wagering Requirements

5.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus structures — including creating multiple accounts to claim the same bonus, placing offsetting bets across accounts, or systematically exploiting promotional pricing — will result in immediate forfeiture of the bonus, forfeiture of any winnings derived from the bonus, and permanent account closure. 95bd uses automated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse patterns across all registered accounts.

5.4 Modification and Withdrawal of Promotions

95bd reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently withdraw any promotion at any time. Bonuses that have already been credited to an account and are currently active will be honoured under the terms in effect at the time of crediting, unless evidence of abuse or system error is identified.

06 Betting Rules

6.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on 95bd are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for verifying all bet details — including the event, selection, stake amount, and odds — before confirming. 95bd will not reverse a confirmed bet on the grounds of player error, misreading of odds, or change of mind after confirmation.

6.2 Void Bets

A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances: the event is cancelled or abandoned before completion; the odds were published in error (manifest error); the event outcome is already known at the time of bet placement; or technical malfunction prevents accurate recording of the bet. In the case of a void bet, the stake is returned to the player's account balance.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply per bet, per market, and per event. 6.4 Manifest Errors

07 Prohibited Conduct
